Linn County here - mine is actually down 2.5%, but that's after a 37% increase the prior year.

Got my 2025 assessment from Polk county, up 9%.

About 9% here too. Don't think my property has actually increased that % the last 2 years, but the assessed value has always been lower than the market value (including now) so impossible to contest that.

Woodbury got me 7% from 24 -25. Better than the 24% they nailed me for 22-23. Its gross.

Cabin up North up 14% this year, house in MN up 8% after double digit increases for 4 years on top of rate increases. It's getting ridiculous! We will be moving is a year or two.

Not exactly sure.

Thought people were saying MN property taxes were a deal compared to Iowa.

5.5% for me in Black Hawk county, and that's all from land value this year.
The assessed land value went up right at 50%.
Looking around my neighborhood map of the county website shows that is the case for my neighbors and every other house I arbitrarily clicked on.

Got ours yesterday in Ankeny. Up 8%. Just in time to add to all the rest of the massive inflation.
