Interesting comments from Jerome Tang. I am sure this NIL era is tough on coaches because historically they had all the power in the coach/player relationship. That power dynamic has flipped because players are making money and have the ability to change schools every year.
It might be tougher on a coach like Jerome Tang who portrayed himself as a "players coach" in his first couple years at K-State vs. a guy like Tom Izzo.
The locker room dynamic with guys getting millions and others getting little to nothing will be interesting. Coaches that bring in these highly paid mercenaries while giving little to the guys already on the team will lose control of the locker room quickly.
