I thought Hagarty was on his way out the door?Bartelt seems mostly likely.. not sure what CJs chances would be at making that cut. 97 seems big for Tate. Nando and Hagerty are atill around.

I remember reading that. Not sure how official it is. Makes sense though. Bartelt beat him 15-7 in the wrestle off.I thought Hagarty was on his way out the door?
I’m not convinced that Bartelt won’t be our starter at 184 eventually next year.Bartelt seems mostly likely.. not sure what CJs chances would be at making that cut. 97 seems big for Tate. Nando and Hagerty are atill around.
Totally possible. I don't think anyone should assume Dean wins that wrestle off.I’m not convinced that Bartelt won’t be our starter at 184 eventually next year.
Yes he’s still recovering and loses valuable time this summer but he will be good once healthy.
The way he dances, moves and shakes that knee in his TikTok videos, he’s got to be getting closeI’m not convinced that Bartelt won’t be our starter at 184 eventually next year.

Went to look at penn states roster, and similar to what you said, there are 13 guys on their roster I've never even heard of before. That seems like a lot for a national powerhouse juggernaut with a small roster. Usually you know of most of the guys on the roster, that surprised me.
speaking of wants and needs.. guys I wish we could have in our rtc: Bryce Andonian, Ian Parker or Brayton Lee for our 49/57/65 guys. Nathan Tomasello or Seth Gross for our 125/133/141 guys. Hayden Zillmer or Trent Hillger for the big guys. More high level training partners in the rtc along with the best of the best, David Carr

Is this your assumption that he got paid a lot?Would have been quite the waste of resources if Dean wins the spot.
“Literally” never said they were 3-4 deep at every weight, but typically you see a lot of names from the top programs in opens and as back up options in duals. Penn state being the top program, they get the headlines and top spot on TV. Just found it a little surprising I didn’t recognize a lot of names at all. They have never been 3-4 deep at literally every spot. They have room guys like everyone else.
Doubt we have the additional resources to bring one of those guys in let alone multiple.
So it closes on Friday, when does it open back up or is this the only window for athletes to move?any portal rumors as we get closer to the official deadline?
I think we saw last year that the portal never truly "closes"So it closes on Friday, when does it open back up or is this the only window for athletes to move?
if the portal only outlines when coaches can "talk to" or "connect with" an athlete, then the portal might as well become nonexistentI think we saw last year that the portal never truly "closes"
It's basically just a legal contact period with coaches. After the portal closes guys can still enroll elsewhere but it's illegal if the coaches have contact. So they just use the athletes to communicate. NCAA athletes are free agents every yearI think we saw last year that the portal never truly "closes"
Bingo. NCAA's every year is now like a big annual job fair.if the portal only outlines when coaches can "talk to" or "connect with" an athlete, then the portal might as well become nonexistent
It's a mess. Some athletes have already moved on and made plans for next year. NCAA could mess up a wet dreamUpdate on roster limits

With NCAA-House settlement hanging in balance, a new roster limit proposal has emerged
A plan is emerging to permit schools to voluntarily grandfather-in roster spots, sources tell Yahoo Sports. But questions loom on a move that would potentially impact budgets, Title IX and more. Will the plan be enough for the judge to approve the settlement?sports.yahoo.com
