Not exactly sure.
Definitely a regular redshirt and an Olympic redshirt. Not sure how he would get a medical redshirt when not on a roster. Was his true freshman year a Covid year?

In his interview he said he had 2 years left and maybe 3! Don't understand that
First year would be the Covid year. So it would not count but the clock would have started. So he would have needed a medical, then a red, then an Olympic, then have this year count. That is how he may have 3

Based on all the message board rumors I've seen across the sites, it could be:

125- Castillo/Meza
133- Ortega
141- Ech/Frost
149- Swid/Paniro/Frost/Larkin
157- Larkin/Chittum
165- Facundo/Euton
174- MJ
184- Ferrari
197- Ferrari
Hwt- Yonger

Again, just message board rumors and most won't come to fruition, but that is a lineup that could actually compete with Penn State and is fun to think about :)
Who and what are these Larkin twins? Are they indeed looking to enter portal? You wrestling recruit guru’s fill me in

Not twins. Kaleb is the oldest, Kyler is younger, and then I believe they have 2 brothers that are still in middle or high school. The dad was a very good wrestler for ASU and had a lot of success. We recruited Kyler hard before he chose to go to ASU and follow the family legacy. Kaleb is really good and has a chance to be a contender at 157 next year. The thought is with ASU losing basically everyone, they might decide to leave too and with the history from recruiting Kyler and overall good relationship with the Larkin family, they might end up in Ames if ASU can't get some training partners or funding to keep them in Tempe. I'm not necessarily holding my breath as it is hard to pull the family from their legacy school, and they are at weights we already have some studs at, but if they decide to leave ASU, I think they'd be great fits here

Sweet got to love the potential of a pipeline from a family like that! Rohlk dropped a nugget few weeks ago that there were very important eyes watching how Carr did at the Floevent and the benefit of training with him at CRTC…could it be them? Similar weights and training options that could go a long way in maximizing their career

Not sure if it was the Larkins or not. Lot of people in that weight range should be having eyes on David and what training with him could do for their potential

Good god, if it brings Angelo I'm signing the deal with the devil no questions asked. The real place I'm 50/50 is if it's solely for AJ. Hard to judge when I don't know the available options but stephen little is one I would probably prefer over AJ even though he might have a less high ceiling, feels less risky and potentially has more years left than AJ as well.
Problem with this is when you boot AJ you lose Angelo

I don’t expect Kysen to take his MedRS but I’m fairly sure he would qualify for one.

Redding has been one of my favorites. Worked his guts out in the room to support, and always ready to step in when needed. Hell, he was even Rd16/Blood round a couple of years ago. I'm happy for him to make a fresh start and hope that he lands somewhere that meets all of his needs and gives him an opportunity to shine.

By those accounts, they have two more years if nobody pays attention and their next school chalks it up as "oops, sorry, we just didn't check"
