I think it’s from his sources on the favorite to get each wrestlerDoes this guy have the inside scoop of things because I haven’t seen anyone post about any of these guys going to those schools?
Sure they lose Parker but they will still be a very good dual team. They return almost all of their starters and replace realbuto now. Interesting to see how good Walrath ends up being. Their only real hole is heavyweightGood pick up for Schwab and Co. I was always fan of his since his high school days. He’ll do good things up there.

Yes should’ve mentioned Happel that’s a big loss. They have depth with Carter freeman at 141. Wrestlestat says Jack Thomsen has a year left at 165. If he doesn’t come back Downey will be going 165. That John gunderson had some good freestyle wins a year or two ago what happened to him? Wonder if he could go 197 if voelker goes up or tank RunyonThey also lose Happel.
They’ll be decent.
125 - Anderson is solid. Blood round/R16-ish. Has some puzzling losses.
133 - Farber also solid. BR/R-16. Still amazed he beat Evan. Don’t think that would happen again.
141 - Should be Land. If he can stay healthy I do think he’s one of their best. Not sure if Farber or Land will be their 141 but I assume it’s those two one way or the other.
149 - Rathjen was a good pick up for them. Another BR/R16 type.
157 - Downey flashes mid-AA potential a lot but hasn’t broke through yet. I think he’s due to AA sooner than later.
165 - Not entirely sure who they go with here. Can Fox get down to 165 or is he too big?
174 - Simma is another BR/R16 guy who seems to get a bit better each year.
184 - personally think Walrath will be a stud and potential AA.
197 - Low AA/BR guy in Voelker. Whispers about heavyweight last year, be curious to see if that happens with their hole at heavy.
285 - no idea.
A really solid dual lineup full of blood round caliber guys. Undoubtedly taking a step back from a tournament scoring standpoint though.
Absolutely agree. Honestly this is a pretty even replacement from realbuto to Rathjen. I think walrath will be pretty good, I think he could have the same trajectory as voelker did. Also I had heard voelker may be going to HWT at some point.Sure they lose Parker but they will still be a very good dual team. They return almost all of their starters and replace realbuto now. Lots of people complain about no 220 or 225 weight class in college. But I actually think they should just move 197 up to like 205 or 210. 184 could go to 185-190 range. A lot of 197 guys cut hard.Absolutely agree. Honestly this is a pretty even replacement from realbuto to Rathjen. Hasn’t that been known or atleast rumored he was going to OSU for a little while now?Heard that Parker is leaving with roper
Heard it from the panther message boardHasn’t that been known or atleast rumored he was going to OSU for a little while now?
I wonder if they gave him a coaching position as part of his package to stay there for the rest of his career. Schwabs wife seems to think he’s staying put, but that doesn’t mean he won’t take the pay check and jetI’m not convinced that Parker goes to OSU.
If we have all of our horses in the lineup, we could very well beat them 8-2, heck 9-1.They also lose Happel.
