Isn't most of this team graduating/leaving the team? I know Houston has a great NIL for basketball, but even then that's a lot to replace in a short time. I think he might give it one more go if most of the team remains intact, but if not, I wouldn't be surprised to see him go.
I believe Sharp, Tugler, and Uzan all have eligibility remaining. They also have a great recruiting class coming in, #4 overall on 247 with three top-25 guys.

Espn is all about what Duke did wrong, not what Houston did right. Shocking.
Supply and Demand. I was watching SC last night, and as soon as that went to the Rece Davis: "Let's Review Cooper Flagg's season" segment, my clicker went to off, and I went to bed. That's how you deal with that.

Go Coogs!

I'm not on X and cannot see the rest. Where did Iowa State land in the Big XII?
Big 12 teams brought in a cumulative $68.8M via post-season play in Football/MBB this year (avg of $4.3M per team; Bowl/CFP payouts + $2M per NCAA Tourney game played):

Texas Tech $11.0M (4 NCAA Units earned)
BYU $10.9M (3)
Houston $10.0M (5)
Arizona St $8.0M
Baylor $7.2M (2)
Iowa St $7.0M (2)
Arizona $6.0M (3)
Colorado $4.9M
Kansas $2.0M (1)
Kansas St. $0.8M
TCU $0.6M
WVU $0.4M
Cincy $0
Ok St $0
UCF $0
Utah $0

*FYI, no extra NCAA units are earned for making or winning the Championship game, so Houston is capped

Or Cooper Flagg did all he could but his teammates failed?
The end of that game was similar to the games Duke played early in the year that I watched (Kansas and Kentucky). They wilted with self-inflicted mistakes at crunch time (couldn’t inbound, stupid fouls, missed FTs, isoing Flagg on the perimeter when that really isn’t his game).

Duke’s undoing imo was playing such a weak conference schedule they didn’t get many opportunities to play crunch time minutes throughout the season, and they were so young they couldn’t rely on experience to get them through it.

Since January 1 they only played in 3 games that required execution in crunch time. Loss to Clemson, ACC semis against UNC, and last night.

Rough second half here for Nebraska, suffering a 16-0 run to start it out.

Yeah right away I noticed "we run the Big 12" Utah with $0 contribution.
Was it their fans that were too good for the Big 12? Or did the players and coaches act that way too? Seems like the AD said something stupid.
Turns out they brought nothing to the table. Actually dragged the conference down in public perception. Of course it's one year. Perhaps they have nowhere to go but up.

Johnny Dawkins always looks like he doesn't know what is going on.
