Man, sorry to hear that. Having anxiety is tough, but having one of your kids go through it is a nightmare. My oldest has been dealing with it for the last couple of years, as well as having a headache nearly every day (he has a small cyst on his brain). He went to counseling and it did help a bit. Hopefully your family can get some answers on what is triggering your daughter's anxiety.Trying to navigate anxiety with my 11 year old daughter right now. Just when we figured out her night terrors with limiting screen time before bedtime by having no screen time after 6:30 she recently started having panic attacks at random times to the point she will hyperventilate. She doesn't know what triggers the panic attacks. Have even had it happen in situations where she was having fun. Trying to get her some counseling but finding most places have waiting lists.
