I think the dome is a better atmosphere for a high school game with 3-7k people in attendance. Hope they keep it there for the foreseeable future and hopefully the Dome makes improvements.

I have done radio for Ia HS Championships in the UNIdome football & Iowa Cubs & Carroll for baseball. The atmosphere with a higher percentage of seats filled at the smaller venues makes for a better environment. A couple thousand at Cubs field feels like an exhibition. Yes, the Dome is bare minimum utilitarian but is the perfect size for HS and their fan base size. In interviewing coaches and players in the locker room prior to and post game, I have never encountered any that were not elated to make and play in the game.

The previous play where BHRV was waving their arms saying it was theirs, the whistle had clearly blown. The one inside the five you're referring to....I agree, the ball was definitely out.

Boys state baseball at Principal Park is awful. It's easily the worst boys championship venue.

Horrible call on not calling intentional grounding on BH/RV. The QB threw the ball into the stands. Refs said a receiver was in the area. Must have seen him sitting in the stands or something.

They do, but it's brutal. Watched the Wisconsin HS games at Camp Randall yesterday. Place looked completely empty, no environment with 25-30 mph winds with a high of 30 yesterday. No thanks.

No way. We played there my senior year and it was awesome. A lot better than a run down dome
