If you honestly think that the other 98 girls (and one guy) on this list aren't Hollywood delusion, then Hollywood has truly deluded you.

I'm not saying Katy belongs where she's at or even in the top 25, but everyone else on this list is covered with just as much make up had all of their imperfections Photoshopped out as well.
