I think thats its possible that a snake could survive long enough to out grow all its natural adversaries, but at the same time, how would it reach that size and still be able to eat enough to survive? Im leaning towards fake but wont rule out the possibility of a snake that size existing somewhere.

It looks photoshopped to me - what do you think?

I don't think it's fake or photoshopped... it's got to be a mythological creature... you can tell because it emits a bright red aura ring around it as shown in the picture...

The only thing that could possibly make this picture more believable would be to see John Voight in its belly.

Picture of 100ft-long 'snake' sparks fears of mythical monster in Borneo

Picture of 100ft-long 'snake' sparks fears of mythical monster in Borneo | Mail Online

According to legend, the Nabau was a terrifying snake more than 100ft in length and with a dragon's head and seven nostrils.

But now local villagers living along the Baleh river in Borneo believe the mythical creature has returned after this photo of a gigantic snake swimming along the remote waterways has emerged.

The picture, taken by a member of a disaster team monitoring flood regions by helicopter, has sparked a huge debate about whether the photos are genuine or merely the work of photo-editing software.

Don't we play Borneo next year on the road?

I'm no physics guy, but the way that a snake swims or moves... the waves coming away from it would be alternate too wouldn't they? There wouldn't be two waves directly opposite each other.

It looks like a couple boat wakes to me.

Yeah, if you take into account the size of those trees, the snake in that picture would be several hundred feet long.

Yeah the headline should read: "1,000+ foot snake found in borneo." The snake is twice as long as that river is wide which is much bigger than those trees in scale. I wonder if the article mentions which river that is, it is not a creek or small stream and probably several hundred feet across.

The other picture in the article is a little more believable, but I'm still not sold on it
