I don't know the reason(s) for Hunter's transfer and I don't know what Grill did or said but I lean to supporting Grill more than Hunter because I thought Hunter was a major part of our program's turnaround in his first year and I thought we were going to have a least one more year of his contributions, primarily leadership, but he abandoned us and exacerbated the situation by going to a competitor in our own conference that has always had more coin than conscience. My expectations for Grill's contributions, although good were not as great as Hunter's so the pain wasn't as bad. Also Grill publicly took responsibility for his actions, which I interpreted as repentance. Hopefully Grill meant what he wrote, learned from it, and will grow. I wish him well; Hunter I don't care about unless he is playing us, then it's a different story.
