The irony of this is very deep. No one wants to talk actually hoops here. It's incessant ad hominem argumentation: the last vestige of losers, I might add.Can we get a thread just for Surly where we can yell and complain about him/her in one spot?
Don't sweat it. So long as Dave doesn't show up and start serenading Old Bob with love ballads it will be ok.Congrats for getting me to argue about something else. I guess I fell for it.
I'll stop this nonsense and just respond when you have something productive to post and just ignore your future troll attempts.
Sorry everyone else
What's really sad for TCU is that Miles (their best player) was injured in a meaningless Big 12/SEC nonconference game in the middle of the conference season. Is Miles out for the year? Yikes. That’s a huge loss for them. What’s the word on Lampkin? I saw he has been out the last couple of games for them too.
Those are two big pieces to their success.
The follow up:
lol
FWIW...
T1) Kansas: 7-1 (National Champion, National Title Game, F4, E8, S16)
T1) Baylor: 7-1 (National Champion, National Title Game, F4, E8, S16)
3) Texas Tech: 3-2 (S16)
4) Iowa State: 2-1 (S16)
5) Texas: 1-2
6) TCU: 1-1
7) Oklahoma State: 1-1
8) West Virginia: 1-1
9) Oklahoma: 1-1
Crazy thing is if it's 3 tournaments then tech would be 8-3 with national title game.FWIW...

So we want us,TCU, and OU to win their next games. Would clean a few things up for us.Looking at the remaining schedules, I can just about talk myself into any final standing scenario (I'm leaving Tech and OU off since I think they have the last two spots locked in barring a late run)
Observations:
- KSU doesn't face a ranked opponent on the road
- OSU only has 1 ranked opponent on the road (us, who they beat at home)
- Despite their record, KU will probably be favored in every game except UT (maybe TCU?)
- If it comes down to the final game to decide the champ, we'll have KU @ UT, ISU @ BU and KSU @ WVU
UT (8-3) remaining:
v WVU, @ TTU, v OU, v 11 ISU, @ 14 BU, @ 17 TCU, v 9 KU
ISU (7-3) remaining:
@ WVU, v OSU, v 17 TCU, @ 12 ksu, @ 5 UT, v OU, v WVU, @ 14 BU
KU (7-4) remaining:
@ OU, @ OSU, v 14 BU, @ 17 TCU, v WVU, v TTU, @ 5 UT
TCU (6-4) remaining:
@ 12 ksu, v 14 BU, @ 11 ISU, v OSU, v 9 KU, @ TTU, v 5 UT, @ OU
K-State (6-4) remaining:
v 17 TCU, @ TTU, @ OU, v 11 ISU, v 14 BU, @ OSU, v OU, @ WVU
Baylor (6-4) remaining:
v OU, @ 17 TCU, v WVU, @ 9 KU, @ 12 ksu, v 5 UT, @ OSU, v 11 ISU
OSU (5-5) remaining:
v TTU, @ 11 ISU, v 9 KU, @ 17 TCU, @ WVU, v 12 ksu, v 14 BU, @TTU
WVU (3-7) remaining:
v 11 ISU, @ 5 UT, @ 14 BU, v TTU, v OSU, @ 9 KU, @ 11 ISU, v 12 ksu

Doesn't KU have the same PG they won the natty with last year?Trying my hardest to take off my Cyclone glasses here.. I see the conference in 4 tiers (on a neutral court)
Elite talent and experience (In order):
BU - Elite guards; Big Jon returning makes them a F4 caliber team
UT - Elite Skill; Don't trust their coach
KU - Elite Experience and really good talent; PG away from the F4
Experienced without the high-end talent (in order)
TCU (Healthy) - Drop to the OSU tier without Lampkin and Miles Jr
ISU - Crazy balance; Consistency concerns
KSU - Two elite players; Too dependent on those two two players
WVU - High ceiling and low floor
Talented but not enough offense:
OSU - Avery Johnson is a HUGE loss
Doesn't matter:
OU - Can't win without going off from 3
Tech - Injuries and coaching concerns
I believe the best B12 team when healthy is TCU. But they have a killer schedule left and are wounded.
Not sure, Baylor is starting to hit their stride and has all the pieces back. I am going say title goes through Wacko as much as it pains me.
Sounds crazy, I hope so. Odds would be against us but what a great place to be playing for the title in the last game of the season.TCU will struggle without MIles. It very well could come down to the game we play at Baylor.

I refuse to read your italicized, ramblings of bull****. Seeing it before I actually start reading it has saved me countless hours of mind-wasting time. The irony of this is very deep. Surly, neither here nor there, but I was at the O of D for the Florida game. The place was electric. IMHO, The Wabash Cannonball is one of the more special traditions in college athletics.Actually, I had no clue what the poster was asking, it didn't make sense given the definition of the word "doosh." It seems no one here wants to talk hoops but rather weird, senseless, ad hominem argumentation. No thanks, boys.
