The 76ers' leading scorer at the half against Chicago with 12 points is non-starter Georges Niang. He scored in multiple ways, driving, 2/3 from 3, hit a mid-range pull-up. It's beautiful to see all those phases of his game again.

Georges cooled off in the 4th quarter but he played the entire period and ended up with 18 in 32 minutes. He missed a wide open 3 with about 3 minutes left that would've given him back-to-back games with 20+.

Georges got more minutes than the starting SG. Hope his mom is getting to go to some of these games. So happy for him.
Nice interview on nbatv gametime with George. Best quote: "I'm glad you gave me a chance to talk about my game". The tv hosts were entertained.

Sigh... on what could have been with Tyrese and THT being seniors this year. Don't interpret this as not being 100% behind them making the right choice and getting paid.

So true. I was thinking about him watching Matisse Thybulle, defensive savant for the 76ers,last night. They have similar builds and use their long arms so well to get steals and blocks. But Haliburton is a better offensive player than Thybulle and usually plays the point.

It was an absolute blast watching Niang close out a game last night. It had to be a huge moment for him to be able to be in there when it mattered most.
Yeah, I think he was the only player who played all of the last 18 minutes of the game. He looked a little tired at the end.
