FWIW, he is friends with commits WR Daniel Jackson and S Jordyn Morgan and they took their officials the same weekend together. All 3 said "might be back sooner than later".
So I take it we think CMC is a better recruiter than CPR????

Definitely a better recruiter but only half as proud.
I would say a whole lot less than half the pride.Half the pride but more to be proud of so far. So maybe it evens out?

Remember when getting the Bailey Twins was the best thing ever???
Jaquan Bailey was a .8469 247 composite, lower rated than Chambers, and would be in the bottom third of this class...

Rhoads was a step for ISU football that got us Campbell and staff at the right time. He didn't win enough here, but he loved ISU and coached us through the darkest days of realignment so I won't bash him now.
Whether you like it or not realignment affected things. It would take an idiot to trade what we have now though. No, he won a few games with Chizik's guys and then bottomed out the program. His only consistency was terrible management decisions and maintaining a poor culture around the program. He's not a bad guy, but he didn't create anything for ISU football - Pollard did.

ISU was the only one without a mate. Maybe Tech and Baylor, but they're in Texas, a lot of talent there. KSU and KU have each other, OU and OSU have each other. They may hate each other but they have a bind.It did, but it's not an excuse. ISU wasn't the only school going through a realignment scare at that point in time. KState, OKState, TTech kept going. Baylor sold their soul for it, but they improved dramatically. The only other one that tanked was Kansas.

Look at the names of the recruits in the CPR classes and see how many of those kids transferred out. It's ridiculous.I'm just looking at the 247 rankings of our classes. Good lord Rhoads last few classes averaged in the low 80s. Side note... we have the best long snapper in the country commited per 247, but his rating is 79. I wonder how they come to that conclusion.
Spreading pride to all the world.Look at the names of the recruits in the CPR classes and see how many of those kids transferred out. It's ridiculous.
