Prohm post-game: “Blame me”

I blame THT and Wigginton for poor decisions and horrendous ability to keep guys in front of them. Not real sure that a coach can coach up lack of intelligence and foot speed.

This team smells like Hoibergs last year. Can win the Big 12 Tournament, can win Natty title, can also lose to UAB level team.

When we're good, we can be really, really good, and when we're bad, we're really, really bad. Jacobson likely won't have a better offensive game all year than what we had today, too bad it went to waste.

Giving up dunks and layups, D in the paint was just not good and guys were able to drive too much.

If you look at the stats, ISU has more points at the line up til the last minute anyway.
They only had 2 less 3's

But TCU just got dunk after dunk, layup after layup, you cannot over come what ends up be something 24 of like 42 shoot inside the arc. And several of those were an 1's.. Factor that in and they could have the equivalent of like 65 to 70% from 3. Killer

Don't blame cold shooting for this loss. This was bad play plain and simple. If we shoot average from 3 we still probably lose this one because our defense was horrific and we had boneheaded plays/turnovers.
