Should be allowed to transfer and play. Kansas should be put on probation, no postseason. Lose a scholarship or 2.

I do agree that they need to find a way to punish KU. At least require that the scholarship can only be used by DeSousa. Otherwise, they will push him out even if he chooses to stay (doubtful) so they can fill the scholarship with another purchase.

If I recall correctly a few years ago, a player was "paid to play" at LSU, LSU was punished and the kid transfers to Kansas. I wonder if he was paid twice?

Unfortunately Iowa State has seen unfair punishment from NCAA.
