I'm uncomfortably confident for some reason.
Cyclones by 4.

We are right with them on talent and we defend better. I think, barring the infamous unusual occurrences Allen Fieldhouse has become known for, our guys are better straight up.
We'll be shooting free throws at the end to ice it. And nailing them.

Fitzy, your friend doesn't seem that smart haha. Sharps were all over ISU that game. It was my buddies lock of the week, he's a hawk fan, but one of those degens.
Before I look, I just want to make it clear that anyone that picked against ISU is dead to me.

I have experienced the making of all manner of unintelligible noises at the end of a big win. Many of them in Hilton where they could not be heard, but more at home in my recliner, which scared the crap out of my dogs.
Let me be clear... It's not a bet placed with the intention to make money. It's straight up an "I'll spend this for a win" mindset.
Lard is back...and so is Wiggy's shot (scoring 16). Shayock gets his 20. Haliburton is on for three 3s and scores 11. THT attacks the basket for 8. Weiler-Babb with 7 assists. Lard blocks three shots, grabs 9 boards and ignites a Cyclone win. Clones by 5.

Were we the last team to sweep them back in the back-to-back title years? Has anyone else done it?

Oddly enough, Oklahoma State last year. But the 2nd game was the last game of the regular season and Kansas clearly wasn't trying that hard.

Logically, it's borderline insane to be confident going into Lawrence, but for some reason I like our match up with them.
Last time I predicted we'd lose by 10+ and KU would make it look easy.
Tonight I predict that we'll lose by 10+. KU will make it look easy.

Head thinks they come out of fire, we return the favor of 20 turnovers and we're never really in it but make a run late losing by 6.
Heart thinks we hit clutch shots keeping them at bay and we win by 6.

This is a huge game and yet it isn't.
It isn't in that it assumed to be a loss, especially based on the fact we already beat them badly and they are coming off a bad loss to WVU. Boo U faithful will be in full lather and all together is probably worth 5 or so points.
It is a huge game because if ISU wins it means a few things - 1) ISU is maturing to where they can take care of business in games where they SHOULD win. Yes, I think they SHOULD win this, all extraneous items aside. They are a better team. 2) Tagging Kansas with a 3rd conference loss including a loss at home this early in the season gives them an uphill fight for conference title and will get others like TTU, KSU smelling blood. 3) It would put ISU in control of their championship goal and they probably have the most favorable remaining schedule.
With all that going on, it is really hard to tell if it is my heart or head making the prediction. It comes down to if squad of young men have it together mentally tonight and play to their potential.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they are providing me with so much fun entertainment this year -
