Wxs parenting thoughts of the day.
The pre-bedtime dance party was fun. Thankfully kids are made tough. The first one to protect them from their parents and the second one to protect them from their siblings. LilMissWx may have a blackeye tomorrow from a bathroom door that was swung open by LilWx. Should not have kissed LilMissWx on the mouth before bed as I got a face full of snot. MrsWx could have spoken up before I grabbed it and used it that the wipe I was reaching for to wipe the snot off my face was used to wipe her bottom.
All in all a good 10 minutes
We call that a day that ends in Y around my house.Mine was w-a-a-a-a-y worse.....I had a whole belt around my midsection, unbelievably tender and painful. Each day was a matter of getting to 5PM, so I could go home and take my pants off.
(wait for it............)
Not sure if compliment or not because I don't know your opinion of dried grapes.
Bus driver stopped and picked up the child and a passenger took off her coat and wrapped it around him. I wonder if they found the parents?Anybody else see the item on the news last night about the toddler found wandering the streets of Milwaukee? Some bus driver found the kid and went and picked him up. Sounded like she was of eastern European extraction, had a heavy accent.
Hm. Immigrants are good people, apparently.
We still have some no year funding that will sustain us for a week or so more. It'll get pretty dicey after that. They have us basically digging in the couch cushions looking for obligations to reduce and spending to curtail to try to buy us a little more time.JC are you still good with the shutdown? Hard to see all of these controllers not getting paid.
Honestly, right now I do feel more important, or at least more valuable to the country than the president or speaker. I also feel each and every one of you is more important to the country than them. This can be moved to the cave if necessary but it is a multi-party insult.JC is so invaluable to the country that he would never experience a cessation of pay.
I read that "it was determined the mother had left the child outside" and that the child was "reunited with her father".Bus driver stopped and picked up the child and a passenger took off her coat and wrapped it around him. I wonder if they found the parents?
It is TRUTH!! Therefore it is not suitable for the cave.We still have some no year funding that will sustain us for a week or so more. It'll get pretty dicey after that. Did you have @CloneLawman help load it for you?Home Depot in Counciltucky has Weber charcoal 20lb bags for $3.90, normally $19.99. 400 lbs later...

I highly doubt it, unless GR8 wanted a $400 an hour bill to load a few sacks....plus mileage.
I'm guessing he struggled with popping wheelies on his back with all that weight.
I would have driven over and helped if my help was needed, though it would have probably taken longer than was feasible.
I don't bill $400 per hour BC. Most of my hourly billing is only in the $175-$200 range (and less than that when you consider time written off and items that are billed at a flat fee).
Bwahahaha! Or you could save yourself some funds and get some quality work done by this guy I know.Honestly, your billing rate is one of the more "reasonable" rates I've seen with attorneys. I know I was hit with that rate by a couple almost twenty years ago and I would guess they haven't cut their rate in that whole time.
I think my current one is pushing 300 the last I used him. It's been awhile, but I need to update wills and get some things changed around for mom so I will be finding out shortly.

Perhaps he should've taken it a little more seriously. We call that a day that ends in Y around my house.

Here's a tangent for you though. A friend's mother was assisting with sitting in on some substance abuse counseling at Hezelden Foundation a couple of decades ago. One of the clients that was in her sessions regularly was Chris Farley. Evidently, he was pretty much the same person in real life as he was on the screen, making jokes about everything... always tripping or falling down in a silly manner... .
During one session, the group was passing around a raisin and describing how the raisin represented themselves. Everybody was saying expected stuff like "I'm just a small part of this big world, like this raisin." or "This problem is just a small part of my life, like this raisin." When it got to Chris' turn, he buried his face in his hands. The counselors felt like they had a real breakthrough with him and expected him to come up with tears in his eyes. Instead, he had stuffed the raisin up his nose and came up saying, "Where's the raisin? It disappeared on me. Can you help me find the raisin?"
