Prohm has his faults but he also gets credit for many things as well. I’m really more disappointed in Cam and Talley. We win with those two tonight. Hope they are focused and ready to play soon.

Arizona fans were real classy pre game and for the game itself. Then they won and the fan fest happened and it's like they are nutting over all of our faces right now

ISU only had like, 4 or 5 until the last minute or so. It’s not like we had 10 and Arizona had 1. We also just completely stopped driving to the rim for about 8 minutes.

First half seemed worse than the second actually, ISU was the more aggressive team in the paint and on the boards and I think Arizona had two fouls at half. You don't see that very often.

Seems like depth and 3 point shooting had a lot more to do with the loss but the officials certainly didn't do much to hurt Arizona.

I will always support and enjoy constructive discussion around things going right and things going wrong, never getting too hyped or too down along the way. I never fall for the hype of a 9 win FB season or expect to only win 4, usually falling right in the middle based on info and gut.

What I do hate is the constant blaming of refs for everything as if every single one of them is out to screw us. I also hate those that do nothing to support the programs but sit on their couch and question the heart or effort of our players or coaches.

I don’t blindly support anything, but when we’re barely into the start of the season with half our team out and playing 4 freshmen that are giving everything they have, I will defend them endlessly. Similarly, when a coach has proven he cares about ISU, is great at recruiting, and has done everything we could ask of him - all while doing it the right way - I will push back on those that blindly criticize everything he does.

Losses are tough, but if you only look at the glass completely full or completely empty, your life is pretty much going to suck and you have nobody to blame but yourself.

missing sunday mass? steve prohm rejects the catholic faith from my understanding so that is not it. more like missing bible bouncing service.

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking at about the 5 minute mark.

It's all because of someone rejecting the catholic faith in 2018.

Young inexperienced team that was getting tired and momentum was changing rapidly. Why not call a time out before the lead was completely gone?

Kinda surprised people are so worked up tonight. Arizona was the team taking inferior deep three's. The problem is that they just freaking got hot in the second half and we didn't make threes all night. That happens. Probably want to identify that freaking short guy with the hot hand and get out farther but still. I was really impressed with their play the first half, just got a little tight in the second half. That and perhaps a little tired.

Good point. They were taking guarded shots and hitting them. We were moving the ball and taking open ones and missing. Just the way it goes sometimes.

We're kind of a long athletic team now but with Young and Lard we're suddenly also a physical team. It's really a big difference to have neither of them, one could have covered for the other somewhat.

There's no way steve is forcing people to go to church. it's just not.

I would hope that's not it, I'm not even sure that's something you could do at a public institution, but as long as it's not public people are going to let their imaginations run wild.
