I remember my first time eating at one and even though we had the coaster/sign thing flipped to red, if you looked up and made eye-contact with a waiter, they'd be at your table serving food.

It's not Fogo de Chao, but Des Moines has a Brazilian steak house coming soon. It's on Ingersoll just west of MLK. I think it's called BAH. Not a great name for a restaurant, but still. I'm getting the meat sweats just thinking about it.
