And he wasn't horrible. He has a big body for a guard, and even though his shot looks ugly, he hits them at a pretty good rate. Decent defender. I could see him being a solid rotation guy at a mid-major program.
I don't know their scholarship situation but TJ and SDSU seems like a great landing spot for JL.

ISU doesn’t have a spot but this kid will end up at a high major. Maybe the staff reaches out and he becomes the new Lindell insurance policy.

That will be a difficult appeal to win, since Wichita is 5 hours away from Omaha. If being closer to a support system was important, why didn't he transferred to Nebraska or Creighton? Plus, I thought the NCAA eliminated transfer waivers like this.

Does anyone else think Austin Reaves is waiting for Wigginton to make a decision? It seems like he’s had his top 4 for about 3 weeks and we haven’t heard anything since then. Obviously I’d rather have Wiggy for another year but Reaves would be a nice backup plan.

I think he committed to OU a couple weeks ago. So no :)

I would think Prohm would be scrambling to fill the loss of LW if he isnt returning....if. Prohm has to know..he’s spoken to several NBA teams he’s worked out for and has probably seen the feedback they’ve given to LW. Espcially with Jordan Lathon on the market (who just so happens to have an Iowa state Jersey on his 247 profile btw).

Sit 1 play 2.

If wigginton leaves, throw everything you got at landing this kid.

Good call but just saw the reason Herron is transferring due to his mother health issues (assume applying for hardship waiver), He's from Connecticut so isn't going to be an option.

"Auburn’s Mustapha Heron will withdraw from the NBA Draft and transfer to a school closer to his ailing mother who suffered a massive concussion, his father told ZAGSBLOG on Tuesday."

Here is a familiar name. Reid Travis is grad transferring from Stanford as he just decided to not remain eligible for the draft.

That kid is a beast inside but he has had a few injury problems. I saw a rumor that he is transferring to Kentucky.
