Okay, I'm starting to get sold on Green
I hadn't been either (just seemed to lack quickness/explosion and seemed like pedestrian skills from the early film I saw).

But performances like this are meaningful and as Georges taught us - you don't have to be super quick or explosive to be really effin good at basketball.

I saw him play once and was sold.
Yeah same here. He can ball. Whomever he plays for, the other teams he plays will hate him for four years ala forte, brooks Thompson, Jake Sullivan, Scotty christipherson and every other white guy who shoots three point daggers

And 7-of-7 at the line.

What's all this "white" chatter, what does race matter? We're talking about individuals with individual skills and talents. It just gets so old. . . .

If they could get Lathon and Green to start off the class that would be huge.

I see Horton-Tucker is visiting some schools and ISU wasn't one that was listed. Wonder if the staff is still recruiting him.

I really like one of their latest offers DeMuth but it will be hard to get him out of the south I think but would fit really well into the offense as a versatile 4 man.

The longer this draws out, the better I feel about him going away from UNI.

Flip side of that is I've heard some bigger name programs are interested in him. This has all been hearsay but it has been the same schools consistently mentioned to me since the fall (Gonzaga & Virginia). Though I have never seen them linked to Green from a credible recruiting source so take it for what it's worth.

People seem to think ISU is still a long shot but his visit pattern seems to point to ISU as one of, if not the leader if Green decides to leave UNI. Still conflicted on what to think on his recruitment but I'm in the camp that doesn't believe he will choose UNI.

The only reason people are bringing up Gonzaga and Virginia, through hearsay, is because he is a very good, white recruit and Virginia and Gonzaga have been linked with those types of players in the past. Kinda like how every white wide-receiver coming out of college gets compared to Wes Welker or Eric Decker.
