Feedback: Ad sound

Anyone else getting the ads on the right, just somewhat randomly kick in with the sound? Maybe over the past week.

Most are muted and fine. But every once in a while (several times a day) something just blurts out. Sound seems to often start in an ad mid-stream. Cut in and out.

Using chrome on Win 7 Pro.

I switched to Chrome and added Ad Block and it took away all that crap. Really slowed down the posting with the sound ads before

Try Chrome with the Ad Block Plus extension installed. It's a much better user experience (on this site and others with excessive advertisements).

It's terrible, sound and a video plays.

Yes I know you can block it. I just switched to the mobile theme on my laptop instead. Much faster and less crap as well.

It's even worse when there's audio with no corresponding video -- like the John Deere mower ad that keeps playing mysteriously out of nowhere.

I'm getting ads with sounds again, sometimes even two videos open at the same time. I have disabled my ABP for CF to support the site, but considering turning it back on as these ads pop in without warning and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to pause the videos

I am also getting sound adds.

I don't know how to find the URL. I can't even find where the ad is. It is really bad like every page has one.

Getting a new LOUD Xfinity commercial and I can't even tell where it's coming from.

It also looped and was playing over itself 3 times over. Really annoying with headphones on.
