If UA picked us up I think they would go nuts with the "I Will" from Jack Trices letter.
For those of you not excited by under armour, they just signed up UCLA for 15 yrs at $280 million total. $18.6 million per.
juuuuuust a bit better than our 400k from Nike.

And UCLA is juuuuust a bit more valuable of a program than ISU is. Not that order of magnitude better, but we're not hitting 18 Mil with anyone.
Guess who doesn't give a ****? This guy.And UCLA is juuuuust a bit more valuable of a program than ISU is. Not that order of magnitude better, but we're not hitting 18 Mil with anyone.

They can go with underarmor if they want, I guess I will just have old apparel going forward.
Nothing to do with brand loyalty, just rarely see UA clothing that looks good.

pretty amazing that UCLA got double wisconsin's deal just 8 months ago!
Still wondering where the value is for UA. Is it mostly in selling UCLA branded UA products? Or is there enough power in the UCLA name to sell UA products without the UCLA branding on the products?
I just went to Cincinnati's Online Store. They have some good gear on there. They signed a 10 year 47 million dollar deal.
Colorado State got a 5 year 11 million dollar deal from Under Armour.
The fact that we get $400k from Nike is inexcusable from a Big 12 school.

...Iowa State, meanwhile, signed a seven-year contract with Nike in March 2011. That deal should net at least $3.1 million for Cyclone athletics before the contract expires in June 2018.
Iowa State's contract allows it to order up to $265,000 in merchandise, of which $200,000 is for football. Iowa State also gets shoes and equipment at 10 percent below the wholesale cost, and apparel and uniforms at Nike wholesale prices.
"There are different ways for things to be quantified," Pollard said. "Some schools get cash, but then the apparel they get has to be bought at retail prices.
"Some others don't get cash, but they're buying uniforms at cost. People pump their chest in different ways, but that's not to mean there aren't some disparities."
