I think he could win the British and PGA in a wheelchair.
OMG, he won a major and came in second (masters) on a torn ACL? That's insane.
those steroids really start to weaken tendons, ligaments, and bones after a while. Time to pay the piper, tiger.not only that...also with two fractures in his leg as well.

The thing I don't like about Tiger is he will shank his tee shot, heck I can do that. But then from standing on a cart path in the forest at 213 yards out with fire ants attacking his legs and he will hit it within 10 ft. and make birdie. Meanwhile from the same situation I am praying for a bogey, most likely a double, and just hoping it doesn't end up being a snowman. He makes me feel bad.
I had a torn ACL. I didn't have it immediatly repaired because my growth plates weren't closed yet (i was 15 at the time)... I lived with a torn ACL for about 8 months.
Walking was never an issue... even a jog wouldn't cause too many problems. I realize that the story is still amazing, but it isn't like he ran a marathon... He was playing golf. I don't think that it affected his play that much.

Do you play golf? Do you realize how much you actually twist and torque your knee in one swing? It's much different than walking in a straight line or jogging.
