Sometimes members will give you + rep if they like your post or - rep if they don't. The rep power gives you an idea of how much + rep someone has gotten.

Well, I think that to make it fair to those of us under the middle class line we should have a cutoff somewhere where it goes from a 1:1 trade off to a 100K:1 or something. Just for simplicity we should have the cutoff be somewhere 10-20K above mine.

It just wouldn't be fair to have a flat trade off like that when the little people are taken at the same rate as you top earners. :wink:

My "formula" would involve rep and post count.

As in, people with a higher rep per post count would receive more credit benefits than those with a lower rep per post count.

I have a ton of rep, yet have a ton of posts as well - so my ratio would surely be lower than some.
