I wouldn't say that. If you are only going to recruit and use resources on "sure commits" then you are going to have a team of guys from podunk Iowa. Like the lottery you can't win if you don't play, you can't get a highly ranked guy if you don't try.

UNLV will be absolutely loaded with talent next year. Their coach will certainly be feeling the heat if he doesnt win big.

5:30 pm listen to the decision
5:31 pm crack open another beer
5:32 pm log on to CF to get the fan reaction
5:33 pm crack open another beer
5:34 pm take a deep breath because this is finally over.
5:35 a. (hopefully) call my Hawkeye friend and rub in how we just landed the biggest recruit in recent memory
or b. crack open another beer and see what other recruits are available. we'll be fine either way!

What ever he decides is his decision. If it is not ISU I hope we can just move on and concentrate on the guys that do want to be here, they deserve it. RV has gotten enough energy IMO.

Vaughn sitting in his chair talking about "the decision" and then he announces that he will be wasting his talents in Vegas.

How could they not win? The last time I checked they played in the Mountain West. The bottom 8 teams in the Mountain West have combined for a 95-92 record on the season so far. That is beyond pathetic.
