I was watching one of the reruns the other day, and there was a skit where they were all in white wigs, talking about their fiftieth anniversary on the island.

Well, guess what this year is?

Wow that was made in 64. I only watched the show in syndication, I don't think Russell Johnson and Dawn Wells got screen credit for the first couple years.

A few weeks back James Avery who was Uncle Phil on Fresh Prince passed. Anyone else realize he was the voice of Shredder in the Original TMNT cartoon.

Oh and I'm in the Mary Ann camp.

I was a Ginger guy as well. Didn't look as every day as Mary Ann.

Definitely Mary Ann. Although I wouldn't have turned Ginger down. And I support the "both" answer.

I love that show. RIP professor.

And now the Partridge Family's manager Rueben Kincaid (Dave Madden) has died. Sixties sitcom, Seventies Sitcom, look out Phylicia Rashad!

For those who remember the Partridge Family show was a takeoff of the 60s group The Cowsills who had several hits including the theme to the musical "Hair".

"The Rain the Park and Other Things" and "Indian Lake" are the other 2 I remember off the top of my head.

"Indian Lake" is one of the other singles I have. "In Need of a Friend" is the third.

I think "The Rain, the Park..." may have been group's most enduring song in the oldies radio vein (although a lot of people may know the song, but not who did it).

For all the stuff he "Macguyvered" during the show, he never was able to patch the boat lol.
