I don't get this. The only thing that he's been accused of in this autograph deal is not something that he should be suspended for a half. If they do that believe he did anything wrong, then don't suspend him. If he did something wrong, then just suspending him a half is about 11-1/2 games too few.
you are trying to find logic in a NCAA ruling/punishment. Don't waste you time, it doesn't exist.

Exactly!!! If he is guilty they need to do much more. If he is not guilty they should do nothing.What a joke. When I saw the headline that he was suspended for half, I thought holy cow the NCAA actually suspended him for half the season...
Then I read the article. How gutless can they be? I'd have had more respect for them if they just didn't suspend him at all.
