Im not sure how I feel about this being our first 11:00 AM Kickoff of the year. I know we dont have alot of control over that but it will be interesting to see how we get out of the gate. My first beer will be cracked at 5:00 AM so I know I will be ready....Thoughts....

According to the weather report I heard this morning the storms are supposed to be early and late...so Maybe we will avoid a down pour for the game....

Agreed, it will be difficult but I'm sure we will still dominate at tailgating! That's why I love this team.... wait, what?

The players probably love it because they don't have sit around the whole day dealing with nervous energy about the game.

Very good point, I hadn't thought about that. If anything, they guys can play a little more loose Saturday? Who cares what time it is as long as we win! haha

Love the earlier games better then 6PM games. They should play all their games before 3PM.

Completely disagree.

With a program that prides itself on its tailgating atmosphere, 6pm is great for that, and 11am sucks.

After the last few weeks of night kicks i was ready for something earlier, but in general afternoon and night kicks are both better than 11am

I like 11am, that way I can still be somewhat productive the rest of the day.

Oh, who am I kidding, it just gives me more time at the bars.

If we get too much lightning with this storm, we may end up getting an afternoon kickoff anyways..

The sun will be higher over the field and the students will be able to see better.....trying to be positive about the weather...

I'm curious what the resident meteorologists are thinking for lightning forecast on tomorrow. Weather.gov lists thunderstorms all afternoon. Would that present the possibility we might have potential for a serious delay?

I don't mind the occasional 11 am game. It does make for an early morning but I like tailgating after the game. Growing up I enjoyed watching games at 11 am on Saturday. I don't like the direction the games are going now because it seems that the better games are usually all at 7 pm or later now. I understand prime time tv but I wouldn't mind watching a good game 2:30 followed by another good game at 7.
