Looks like it is web slang for "full of fail".... I have such a hard time keeping up with you kids and your lingo. That said, I don't know why we would be referring to our football facility construction as full of fail. Are we having issues with the contractor?

I think people are just trying to be punks. Most of the regular posters on the football board should know what FOF is in reference to, especially if they read the original post.
