Obviously this money is to develop a strain of the zombie virus that isn't contagious. Then all he has to do is remove their teeth give people blunt or sharp objects.

I would think the liability insurance would be through the roof if you are letting people into abandoned, condemned buildings.

But the idea is interesting.

Yeah I wondered if you would even allow people in them because I am sure there would have to be a lot of safety or repairs that would need to be done to old abandoned buildings

Sounds pretty awesome, but I don't know if it'll happen due to liability. What would the survivors defend themselves with? Nerf guns?
