My husband would be willing to share the X-Box if we had a game I liked and could play. I'm not interested in/coordinated enough to play all the typical stuff we have (NCAA, Madden, COD, etc.).

Any suggestions for fun girly games? As you can tell, I'm definitely not a gamer, so I'd prefer something new rather than the latest installment of some rpg that's been around for the past decade.

On a related note, I think they should add a bonus "tailgating" game to the NCAA football games. The real thing is, of course, better. But if I could get "points" for hosting a sweet tailgate and making kick-*** drinks, I'd definitely play.

Love that game though.... its good for just about anyone, since its so coop focused, the good players have to help those that arent as good, or else they all die.

Viva pinata? Not a bad game. Build a garden, attract pinatas that inhabit it, protect them from predators, mate them into new species of pinatas. Kind of like the Sims in a way.

My wife would kill for a new Sims game on the xbox, she was addicted to PC version.

There are a ton of arcade games, I know my wife loved Zuma, there are probably others as well.

I would suggest checking out Fable 2. It's in the RPG category, but slants toward the action side. Also, it incorporates some elements of the Sims, and relationship manager type games. Definitely worth a look. My wife loves it.

The Viva Pinata series is neat. Nothing overly masculine or technical about it.

Maybe check out Civilization Revolution as well. It's a continuation of a long time PC strategy series, but it's been refined for consoles. Very entertaining.

Rockband is fun for all ages/genders. I downloaded the American Idol game, my wife enjoyed it, not a great game but she likes the show. Dead Rising is good zombie killing fun, don't need to be overly coordinated to play it either.

My kids have gotten my wife into playing the first and third in the series (where you cultivate your pinata garden) and all four of us will play the Party Animal second game which is a series of mini games.

Other than that my wife sticks to the racing games (DiRT, Nascar08, Forza2..on the original XBox she logged probably as many hours as any of us playing Rallisport2)

Kung Fu Panda - my girlfriend loves the cuteness factor. It is also a great introduction to gaming as it has so many elements that have been in much more heralded games.

My girlfriend wants me to add that "he does cute little moves."

LEGO STAR WARS!!

This is the best game! You can do it on your own, but we use it as "our time" and play together. You get the fun bashing things to get coins, and you have things to find in each level.

We love it!! I'm really sad that we've almost found everything except for the blue minikits and have 4billion credits.

We're going to look into Lego Indian Jones which is supposed to be more two player oriented or lego batman.
