Will we be getting new uniforms....again?

Though I am still unsure if they should be wearing black shoes or while shoes.:smile:
maybe a helmet change would be nice, and the logo needs to be changed, it is redickerous. the uniforms are sweet tho, so i hope not.
I sure hope not, especially because we finally got on espn for something, and the new unis have some national exposure
I hope not for two reasons... 1. these look good, they are our school colors. 2. we shouldn't be spending money on that stuff at this point.
Maybe the new coach will put names back on the jerseys though, some fans like that.
I was waiting for this to come up. In fact, I thought about bringing it up as a joke but was afraid to since I figured it would turn into a serious discussion.

I hope not. It is time for consistency and building a brand that is identifiable over generations.
The primary mark any coach should be making on ISU is his win / loss record, graduation rate and keeping kids out of the police blotters.
Besides - I'm not sure how much Chizik had to say about it. Seems to me that JP probably dictated a majority of it. Which is fine with me.

CHANGE THEM!!! I hate our uniforms. Yes, they are our colors, but they are also exact replicas of USC...if we want to have an identity of our own, we shouldn't be copying other schools' uniforms...
Actually, USC originally copied us...
There are only so many things you can do with a football uniform. I love how sharp our new unis look.
I hope we keep them for cost. I didn't really like the I-State at first and don't know if that will stick long term. The colors are nice though, once we get the real color and not the Nike stock one.
No chance. We have a better chance of Chizik saying "Hey, you know what, nevermind Auburn. I'm going back to Iowa State and I'm gonna use my playbook labeled 'Plays that work every time.'"
Agree. I would think a new coach would want to erase the images of this past year, and the Chizik regime - I know I would.
