I’ve sent two messages via the “contact us” link and direct messaged Chris twice and haven’t gotten any response at all. I have a premium subscription and trying to adjust payment method info. When I go to my account upgrades it has this— NOTE: PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTIONS CAN ONLY BE CANCELED FROM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I’m not looking to cancel, yet, but when I search/look for subscriptions in PayPal nothing shows up. When I search for recent activity nothing shows up. Yet when I look at by cc statement it shows its billed via “Matt Lazear (PayPal)”. At this point I guess when the cc gets declined in August I’ll be done with the premium content.
