Why is it so hard to get help from this site?

I’ve sent two messages via the “contact us” link and direct messaged Chris twice and haven’t gotten any response at all. I have a premium subscription and trying to adjust payment method info. When I go to my account upgrades it has this— NOTE: PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTIONS CAN ONLY BE CANCELED FROM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I’m not looking to cancel, yet, but when I search/look for subscriptions in PayPal nothing shows up. When I search for recent activity nothing shows up. Yet when I look at by cc statement it shows its billed via “Matt Lazear (PayPal)”. At this point I guess when the cc gets declined in August I’ll be done with the premium content.

It's a small business and this is a super busy time for @ChrisMWilliams . I know he usually responds on these things but stuff can fall through the cracks. I have no doubt he will make it right for you

After logging into Paypal it should be in "Settings" menu, then "Payments", then "Automatic Payments"

An update. After calling PayPal, since when I originally subscribed and used a credit card not linked to my account, my subscription was link to a generic account. Because of this they couldn’t update by cc info. So for now, they cancelled my current subscription and I’ll have to resubscribe. Maybe my issue will help someone else in a similar situation.
