Yea, I mean those are all nice things and in a different, less profits-driven college sporting landscape I can see some of that being a compelling case. Of course in that kind of landscape we'd still be in a league with Nebraska, Mizzou, and Colorado so this discussion would make even less sense. Who knows, maybe down the road there will be enough NCAA lawsuits and the sports content bubble will bust just enough that this overly-sprawling conferences start to break up and we revert back to leagues that make more geographic sense. That's when you start seeing the Colorado State's of the world getting invites to more prestigious conferences.
