Even with this short amount of time that has passed I think it means it will be internal. So basically someone is already doing the job so it doesn’t really matter when it’s announced.

I’m pretty sure that the Equal Opportunity hiring period is still in effect even when one head coach or another is absolutely determined to hire his firstborn.
