What is Adam Woodbury's problem?

I think Woodbury's problem is that he's just not a very talented defender. We're talking about a 7 footer that has been stuffed by the rim multiple times when he goes for a dunk. To think he could actually be coordinated enough to have a hand out and successfully swipe the ball away is asking a lot of him.

Heard it on the Morning Rush this AM. I would assume they have it on their podcast.

That's where I heard it. What a tool Fran was. First off Admire had every right to ask that question and it was a legit question that everyone in the room wanted to know then when you hear him tell Dolphin it's stupid and he's not going to answer it that is even more childish. Then apparently Chris Hassel had him on Sportscenter and asked him about it and he answered the question without issue and said they need to work on Woodbury getting his hands up on defense instead of out in front of him. To treat the local media like that then put on a different face for the national media was embarrassing and I doubt Fran does it but next time he's in the same room with Dolphin and Admire he should publically apologize with how he handled their questions. Instead of everyone talking about what a great win Iowa had they are talking about Fran's response to a question which is poor of him to draw attention away from that when all he had to do is give a simple answer like "I don't know why it keeps happening, it's not intentional and we're working with him in practice so hopefully it doesn't happen again." Had he just said something like that the media would have been satisfied and this wouldn't even be a hot topic this morning.

Either way he is screwed. On one hand he is a jerk, coward, whatever Dan Dakich wants to call him today. On the other hand, he is a division 1 athlete that has such poor coordination that he can't stop poking people in the eyes.

It has to embarrassing for him.

I am willing to consider the possibility it is both.

Let me know if someone finds it somewhere else. I have repeatedly opened the (good) link but the media won't start playing for me.

It didn't auto play for me - I had to click "play"...
I knew somebody was going to be a smart ***, I just didn't count on it being my auntie smart ***.

I should have been more clear. When it opens the media player never gives me any buttons, just the circle of infinite waiting.

EDIT: Not to mention ever since my browser is running as smoothly as a 12 year old Yugo.

What horrible PR for the university. Adam's eye poke was trending on twitter yesterday after the event and the topic of Adam and Fran's response continues to be a hot topic on twitter today, late in the afternoon. What a train wreck.
