I don’t think you keep a coach just to keep them either, but you don’t get rid of one because they “underperformed” in a season where they vastly overperformed their preseason expectations and have won 20+ games in 3 of their 4 seasons with 3 tournament teams, a Sweet 16 and two Big 12 championships because you “think you can do better.”

If guys weren't possibly leaving early to attain pro aspirations we are looking at a nice team next year. Aren't we supposed to recruit guys that are pro-worthy? If we take a step back because pro guys leave that isn't a coaching problem. In fact, it's an endorsement on his recruiting. Coach has some warts but name the coaches that don't?

You would think this would make sense. But not to the anti prohmers.
