What celebrity would you prefer as a neighbor?

When polled the American public would choose Sarah Palin as a neighbor. The second most popular choice was Oprah Winfrey while Michael Phelps was the third most popular choice.

Personally, if I had to live close to a celebrity my choice would be Ted Nugent. Perhaps we could go on hunting trips together.

Who the hell wants to live next to Oprah or Michael Phelps? Oprah honestly would hate living next to you and Michael Phelps isnt a real celebrity anyway.(not knocking his awesome accomplishment though)
