Help: Waiting for d.o1.publisherunion.com causing site to be slow

Anyone else have the "Waiting for d.o1.publisherunion.com" causing site to be slow. This is causing ever page to load slow. Using Chrome.

Apparently standing on it speeds things up. Somebody duct tape CW so he doesn't move away.
