It says you can vote every 24 hours; but that doesn't mean a daily vote. It literally means you have to wait 24 hours to vote again.

I voted at 10:00 pm and then tried again after midnight and it would not let me. I had to wait until after 10:00 pm to vote again.

I think that Joel should have this in the bag and shouldn't need this, but I plan on voting as much as I can!
