I'd take Tim Tebow over Christian Ponder.
I hate Ponder as much as anyone but Tebow is pure trash. Picking between Sanchez and Ponder is like asking whether you'd rather be punched or kicked in the balls.

So the summary of this thread is basically a Viqueens fan is ecstatic that his team won a home game today? Did this really deserve a thread of its own?

Vikes 6 and 1 at home, 1 and 5 on the road. Vikes had chance to take division with better play on the road.

meh, the Vikes are playing with house money as far as I'm concerned. Many had them pegged for the bottom of the division, and hanging around 4 wins. All but one of their losses have come to teams with better than .500 records. And considering how one dimensional they are, I can only be pleased with their number of wins.

The Vikings recievers make Ponder look a lot worse than he is. He magically looked a lot better before Harvin was injured. It's amazing how many catches the Bears recievers (Marshall and Jefferey) make that Vikings recievers would have no chance at making. About half of Cutler's yards were off throwing jump balls to those two guys. You can forget about a Viking reciever making a play on the ball, they can't even catch it when its thrown right in their chest half the time except for Rudolph who is not fast enough to be a down field threat.

The offensive line has also been terrible in pass protection. For all the talk about the Bears not protecting Cutler, I thought they gave him way more time than the Vikings gave Ponder today.

Much like Iowa State this year, I think the poor passing game is due to a lot more than bad QB play.

Stop making sense. It's easier for everyone just to blame the QB - it's the cool thing to do.
