yeah and USA Today believes ISU is located somewhere between Indiana and Pennsylvania...

Get the hell out of here, Cyclones have beat 2 top 25 teams. They are going to a bowl...

Ignore all bowl projections. The vast majority have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. A lot of them even project teams teams from the wrong conferences to fill at-large spots.

For example, it says right on the TicketCity Bowl's website that if they're aren't any Big Ten or C-USA teams available, they will pick a MAC team. Their secondary affiliation with the Big 12 ended as a result of realignment, yet you see a bunch of these projections with ISU going to that bowl. They're clueless.

USA Today is soft-core sports coverage. It's like tuning in to CNN Headline News for some sports clips. You're just going to get a view from 30,000 ft. Their

Very nice USA today. You really think Temple, W Michigan, Florida International, and Western Kentucky will beat out ISU for an at-large bid?

I'm sure selling 50,000+ tickets in six straight home games won't have any bearing in the at-large selection.

Luckily the guys who choose the bowl teams thank more highly of ISU than the USA today does. Oh and that was before this year, people HAVE to love ISU even more after all that they and the fans have shown. No possible way we don't go bowling, especially after we win AT LEAST one more game before the bowls are picked.
