I like the jersey numbers thing. That's innocent, puts the focus on that player and we get to remember guys who wore that # before.

Hey genius, it's a story because of the mass defections from UCONN. Their program is banned from the tourney next year, Calhoun is in a world of hurt and the rats are jumping ship.
....and even if the above weren't true, any time we can take shots at the half court chucker, a/k/a Roscoe, then we might as well do it.
It shouldn't come as a surprise. Hoiberg has taken SEVEN transfers in roughly 2 full recruiting cycles. He will quite possibly add 1-2 more this year, and without question we'll take a minimum of 1-2 next year with all of the opens scholarships.
Speculation is pretty much priority #1 on message boards, so until Fred stops taking transfers, expect more of the same.
UConn deserves this. They have been cheating for years and it finally caught up with them. I loved watching ISU beat their arrogant @sses.
