I saw "The Hangover" 3 times in the theater and I am positive my wife bought the dvd for me as a xmas gift. Did anyone purchase the "unrated" version yet? Is it much different from the theater version?

Just thinking about that movie is making me start to laugh!

I am looking forward to seeing the movie again. Just thinking about it has me cracking up! I forget certain scenes...and when they pop into my head I just start laughing! For example, the taser scene...forgot about that scene! The reactions of the cops is great!

I don't understand the hype surrounding this movie. Is it funny? Yes, of course. Does it crack my top 10 funny movies? Not even close.

I didn't notice much difference between the theatrical version and the unrated version. That movie is awesome though.

I agree. I rented it this weekend and I really like it. But the hype seems a little to strong for me. Funny but not amazing.

I bought the movie Friday and watched it. Pretty funny movie. Top 10 type. No way. Good and funny though. Good plot concept and the Mike Tyson parts were great.

When I saw it in the movie theatre I walked away a bit disappointed. My friends had told me it was funnier than old school. I disagreed. I watched again this weekend and liked it much better the second time around for some reason. It still does not compare to old school, but still funny.

I had the opposite experience when I saw Old School. Didn't see it for a long time and when I finally did so many people had told me it was hilarious that I was really disappointed.

I have the unrated blu-ray edition. The Theatrical version>>>>>Unrated edition. I watched the unrated version first and all they did was add a couple deleted scenes that weren't that funny and they replaced some of the funnier parts with different jokes that weren't as funny as the originals. If you get the unrated version it's alright to watch it once, but you notice they had it right with the theatrical version.

I love Old School. The only movie that's been funnier this decade would be Superbad.

It's funny, but you know how when you see a movie and its disappointing compared to what you thought it would be and it ruins your ability to appreciate it for what it is? That is my relationship with Old School. Even when I rewatch it now, its funny, I just have trouble getting into it as much as everyone else seems to.
