The win was at least in part due to the spell put on Texas by the return of the Cyclone Legends of the past. Truly a mythic event.

No way. Best games I didn't watch was Iowa/ISU. Both FB and BB. You can always watch after you know the outcome. Much less stressful.

Didn't watch either USC or Md in MBB - not sure what happened there. Need more work on the whammy somewhere. Ideas? I did wear ISU gear the day of the USC game so switched to OSU colors (don't have the actual gear) for that day. Should have won by more, so that's probably a bad hypothesis.

Perhaps it has something to do with how the players play? Considering that theory...

That's just great, blaming all the players. Take some responsibility to be a better fan.

Watching video of Texas' last possession, I've got to say the Texas player who took the last shot (the third one) made a heck of a play to corral that rebound in a sea of cyclones and get a shot up before the clock expired. That would have been a heartbreaker had it gone down.

I think this photo by wesley_w (see his thread) is that rebound. After it got tipped back, it was a free for all.

No cable, and we live 6 hours away. At least I have a cyclones.tv sub, so I catch most home games. I'm hoping they have an archive to watch -- I don't recall if they do that for non-cyclones.tv games.

I think, since it was a FSN game, they will be able to put the game up. I think 24 hours after tip (maybe 48 hours?).

MRed, what cable service do you have up in WI? It was onTime Warner, but was on Fox Sports Pacific 300s channel. Big 12 games are usually hiding there because of Milwaukee sports being on the HD channels.

Kind of fun to hear Voepel in the pressers. Can't remember the last time she was in Hilton.

When I say "no cable", I mean we do not subscribe to cable/dish. Antenna(Milwaukee and Madison)+Netflix+Hulu Plus+MLB.tv+cyclones.tv+watchespn is quite a lot to watch for relatively little money.
