The video explains it much better than I could writing it. I’m giving you the facts, if you aren’t willing to look at it that’s on you.

You haven’t explained why the Colts footballs were not affected.

The Patriots manager violated protocol by taking the footballs to the Field instead of the Officials. And took the footballs into a bathroom that locks from the inside. The Patriots manager Lied when he said he took the footballs straight to the field. And claimed he peed in a urinal later in the bathroom where there is no urinal.

So we can agree that they're cheaters? That's what I was talking about. Whether or not whatever they've done actually is a competitive advantage is irrelevant. The point is that they did it.

Did spying on opponent practices help them win? Don't know, but I do know it was against the rules.

Did deflating footballs help them win? Don't know, but the evidence suggests they did it and it was against the rules.

The evidence really doesn’t suggest they did deflate the balls. They tested them before the game. It’s pretty ridiculous. The taping has about 100 different reports but no one seems to know the truth - and it ended in 2007.

I guess I don’t see how it correlates to them winning this many SBs.

You and I will have to agree to disagree. I know the league found enough evidence there to punish them both times, so there must have been something there.

And again, I wasn't suggesting that it helped them win Super Bowls. I just said they did it. I don't know why.

Goodell found enough evidence. That’s part of the larger problem. He can do what he wants, and seems to be pretty bad at it each time.

Patriots manager took the footballs and went to a locked bathroom. Explain WHY he violated protocol and did not let the Officials take the footballs to the field. Then he Lied and said he took them directly to the field. Why did he Lie?

Innocent people do not lie. Guilty people lie.

With our recent cold snap everyone’s tires should have been completely flat.

I think the competitive advantage was imaginary and I think they did it all the same. That's what makes the whole spectacle so stupid. They didn't have to, it provided no competitive advantage, and they did it anyway because that's what they do. They push the envelope, exploit loopholes and ambiguities in the rules, and and if they get caught they just find another way to try and gain an advantage. If you're a Pats fan Belichick is the smartest coach of all time. If you're not a Pats fan he's a goddamned cheater.
I’m not a Pats fan, but Belichick is the smartest coach of all time. And they’re not alone in pushing the envelope.

He didn’t let them? So he said “no, you aren’t doing this I’m taking them” and they said, ok sure....

Everyone’s tires should be flat? Oh boy. This is getting good.

Cold temperature deflation should be a lot at -30 F.

Patriots manager McNally called himself the Deflator and joked in texts that if Brady doesn’t give him autographs and memorabilia that Brady will end up with overinflated footballs.

McNally was not supposed to take the footballs.

McNally repeatedly lied. Innocent people do not lie. Why lie?

Referees vehemently disagree with this. Anderson asserts that people besides the referees are not supposed to leave the locker room with the game balls, that he has denied requests from ballboys and locker room attendants to do so, and that he would have denied a request from McNally to do so. Other referees back up this account.

The officials don't notice that McNally has left. When they get set to take the field and realize the balls are missing, they panic. Anderson says this is the first time in his 19 years that he's been unable to locate the balls before a game. He's flustered. The normally calm ref is "visibly concerned and uncharacteristically used an expletive" as they attempt to track down the footballs.
