Oklahoma is going to destroy Nebraska- I’m taking OU and the points all day.

The Texas bet looks easy until you see that Rice lost by nearly the same margin (-21 versus -19), to Arkansas, both in Fayetteville, just one week apart. I’d be careful on that one.

If our offense plays like they’re SUPPOSED to- we easily cover. If we play like we have been, UNLV covers…so which team shows up in Vegas Saturday?

Klieman said yesterday that Thompson had an MRI and that the injury is not season-ending. He said Skylar would not play Saturday against Nevada. From there, it's day-to-day.

To my eye, this team has all the tools to challenge with him at QB, but no chance without him. We all know, QB is critical to success at this level.

A sprained meniscus or MCL could very well look quite bad now and be ready to go 5 weeks later or even sooner. We still haven't heard specifically what the injury was, have we?
